A highly versatile fitness tool, the flex band can create varying resistance levels based on how it is held. By holding the band with one`s hands far apart, the resistance lessons. The opposite effect is true when the user brings their hands closer to one another. CARDIO FLEX BAND WORKOUT is made up of a 35-minute workout divided into multiple sections. Segments include Warm-up, Lower Body, Upper Body, Low Impact Aerobics, Buns, Back, Thighs, Hips & Abs, More Abs with Jabs low impact aerobic exercise and Punches, low impact aerobic exercise and Cool Down/Stretch. In each of these sections, Fox presents several flex band exercises designed to strengthen muscles while improving flexibility. While moves carrying names like Pull the Sword work specific muscles groups, the subsequent low impact aerobic section provides a great overall workout.
